About Us

Banta Management Services is a third generation family owned and operated hospitality management company. Beginning in 1948 with a single Howard Johnson Restaurant in Poughkeepsie, New York, Banta Management Services has grown to include hotels and restaurants across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Currently our Hotels include the Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn, the Village Inn of Rhinebeck and the brands of Super 8, Howard Johnson, and Quality Inn, with Holiday Inn Express anticipated for 2011. Our restaurants include Uno Chicago Grill, Banta’s Steak and Stein, and The Tavern at the Beekman Arms. We are also actively involved in additional real estate development across these areas with several sites under development at this time.
